A freeze-preventive vaccine carrier is a vaccine carrier with a liner between the ice
packs and the vaccine compartment. It works like a regular vaccine carrier but has
the advantages of:
1.Preventing freezing.
2.Simplifying preparation by allowing use of frozen ice packs.
3.Reducing training burden (in the long term).
Ideal for healthcare settings including clinics, hospitals, mobile vaccination units, and remote medical camps. Suitable for routine immunization programs, emergency vaccination drives, and pharmaceutical sample distribution.
User Manual
1.Frozen the ice packs in the freezer at-25℃ for 24 hours;
2.Take out the ice packs from the freezer and place them directly in the ice pack
compartments WITHOUT CONDITIONING.
3.Load the vaccine compartment with vaccine,as needed;
4.Replace the foam pad, and put the lid back on the carrier (we advise to choose
foam pad on the top inside).Keep the lid on the carrier unless vaccines are being
placed in or removed from the carrier.
5.Transport vaccines to and from immunization sessions in the carrier.
6.At the end of the vaccination session and after all vaccines are back in the
refrigerator,takeout the ice packs from the carrier and place them in the freezer
