Cold Therapy for Injuries: Wrap the ice pack in a cloth or towel to create a protective barrier between the ice and your skin. Apply the wrapped ice pack to the injured or swollen area for 10-20 minutes at a time, allowing for breaks in between. The cold temperature can help reduce pain, inflammation, and swelling. Avoid direct contact between the ice brick and your skin to prevent ice burn or frostbite.
