Usage Precautions of UN3373 & UN2814 Biosafety Transport Cooler Box 

UN3373 (Category B) and UN2814 (Category A) are the core international standards for biological substance transport. For biosafety transport cooler boxes compliant with these standards, the following key precautions must be followed:

1. Pre-use: Check seal, temperature system, inner liner (disinfect reused boxes) and clear UN labels.Ensure all UN certification labels are clear and intact.

2. Loading: Secure cargo; place test tubes upright ; do not mix UN2814 and UN3373 substances.

3. Temperature Control: Monitor and record the internal temperature in real time throughout transport. Avoid exposing the box to extreme temperatures and follow the stowage regulations for different transport modes.

4. Handling & Storage: Keep the tilt angle within 45° when moving the box and prevent collision or damage. Store the box in a dry, well-ventilated area away from heat sources; seal and handle empty hazardous boxes in accordance with hazard grade requirements.

5. Documentation & Labeling: Provide a signed official transport document with clear indication of UN number and hazard category. Use English labels and documents for international transport; strictly prohibit misdeclaring dangerous goods as general cargo.
