Can packaged fresh food be placed directly against phase change ice boxes?

It is acceptable to place them together, but large-area tight compression is not recommended.
With stable constant temperature, phase change ice boxes will not cause sudden temperature changes or frost damage to sealed meat, seafood, fruits, vegetables and dairy products.
Nevertheless, long-term tight extrusion concentrates cold energy and blocks ventilation, easily resulting in condensation and accumulated moisture inside packages, which spoils the appearance of goods.
Recommended professional method: Place ice boxes along the inner walls of the incubator and put fresh food in the middle with tiny gaps for air circulation. This allows cold air to circulate naturally, keeping food fresh at a constant temperature without moisture or package damage.
